How to use
RECORD REViRGiNiZER
Using RECORD REViRGiNiZER is easy. You simply apply the solution to one side of a record and when its dry, it peels off in one easy action. Follow the simple steps below:
1. Lay your vinyl record on a flat even surface, preferably on a clean record cover. It is preferable that you wash and dry your hands before starting.
2. For a 12“ vinyl record, measure 15 to 20ml (0.5-0.65 fl.oz) of RECORD REViRGiNiZER and pour evenly over one side of the record avoiding the label. (For a 7” use 7 to 10ml or 0.25 to 0.3 fl.oz). Use the larger amount (20ml) on your first try, once you are used to spreading the solution evenly, try using the smaller amount (15ml).

3. Using one or two clean fingers spread the REViRGiNiZER solution evenly in a circular motion over the records surface. Try to avoid getting the solution on the label, but don’t worry if a little does, just wipe it off when dry (see point 6 below). If any solution runs over the outside edge of the record just leave the solution to dry and it will peel off with the rest of the film. (The REViRGiNiZER solution washes off in water.)
4. Place a paper tab 10mm in from the outside edge of the record and over the area where the solution has been applied. (You can download REViRGiNiZER paper tabs template HERE if you like). Now leave the REViRGiNiZER to set completely. The setting times vary depending upon humidity and ambient temperature, it will normally take between 4 to 12 hours. The solution is set when you can touch the film without leaving a finger mark.

5. Once dry, use the paper tab to carefully peel the film from the vinyl record |

6. To remove any film that may still be attached to the record, gently rub the remaining (attached) film with the film that has already been peeled off.
7. Do the same with the other side.
8. Your vinyl has now been restored by RECORD REViRGiNiZER. It is preferable that your restored record be placed in a new record sleeve to avoid dirt and mould contamination that may remain in the old sleeve.
